2. Promotion Period
The giveaway will run from August 17, 2026, through November 30, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (CET).
The determining factor is the receipt of a binding order for an F 45 Anniversary Edition by the organizer or an authorized Altendorf dealer within this period.

3. Eligibility
Natural persons and legal entities who place a binding order for an F 45 Anniversary Edition during the promotion period are eligible to participate.
Employees of Altendorf GmbH are excluded from participation.

4. Participation Requirements
The following are required to participate:

  • a binding order for an F 45 Anniversary Edition during the promotion period
  • provision of complete and accurate contact information as part of the order
  • acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
  • consent to the Privacy Policy

No separate registration for the giveaway is required; participation is automatic upon placing an order. Each order for an F 45 Anniversary Edition constitutes one entry.

5. Prizes
The following prizes will be awarded among all valid entries:

  • Three (3) double-sided Duplex mitre fences

Cash payment, exchange, or transfer of the prizes is excluded.
Legal recourse is excluded.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winners will be selected at random from all valid entries after the promotion period has ended.

Winners will be notified using the contact information provided with their order (e.g., by email). If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Altendorf GmbH reserves the right to select a new winner.

7. Prize Delivery
The prize will be shipped to the winner free of charge to the delivery address provided with the order or delivered together with the machine.

8. Data Privacy
The personal data collected as part of the order will be processed for the purpose of administering the giveaway (selecting and notifying the winners and shipping the prizes).

9. Liability
Altendorf GmbH is not liable for technical disruptions, network outages, data loss, or transmission errors beyond its control.

10. Final Provisions
If any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions will remain unaffected.
