One Brand. One Promise.

Altendorf and Hebrock are becoming one company. From autumn 2026, we are bringing all products, capabilities and services together under a single name: Altendorf.

With this step, we are completing a strategic realignment that we first announced publicly in early 2026. Hebrock GmbH is being merged into Altendorf GmbH. What grew over the years as two brands will now appear as one – backed by the experience and reliability the name Altendorf has always stood for.

What changes

  • All products and services will be offered exclusively under the Altendorf brand.
  • Hebrock GmbH will be fully integrated into Altendorf GmbH.
  • Production of sliding table saws and edgebanding machines will be consolidated at the Minden site.

What stays the same

  • Both product lines remain: panel saws and edge banding machines.
  • Your established contacts continue to be there for you.
  • The high quality standards of both product lines remain unchanged.
  • Service, spare parts supply and warranty continue without interruption – including for existing machines previously supplied under the Hebrock name.

Contracts and terms

We are ensuring a smooth transition for your ongoing business relationship:

  • Existing contracts and agreements – including those from your previous business relationship with Hebrock GmbH – remain valid and transfer to Altendorf GmbH unchanged.
  • For all new orders and contracts, the General Terms and Conditions of Altendorf GmbH will apply.
  • Please record us as Altendorf GmbH, Wettinerallee 43/45, 32429 Minden, going forward.

One site for the entire portfolio

We are investing in our headquarters in Minden. From autumn 2026, a complete manufacturing and expertise structure for the entire product portfolio will be based there – from the panel saw to the edge bander. This concentrates our know-how, shortens routes and makes us an even faster and more reliable partner.
