Roughly 90% of the enquiries are dealt with successfully when the first phone call is received. Each machine part is stored electronically under the machine number and can be retrieved in a flash so, if you need to ask us something about an older machine that you have, please make sure you can tell us your machine number. This makes sure that we can help you faster.
If we need a little more time to answer your query, then we'll phone you back – so you needn't run up an expensive phone bill. And if our telephone advisors can't help for any reason, they will pass your call on to one of our field service engineers on their mobile phone so they can drop by to help you.
